B&B in Sydney

Hi we are staying 2 days in Sydney before a cruise we want to stay at a BB as we think is a better experience to know local people than a hotel
if we need to choose between
108 Oxford Street
Darlinghurst 2010 NSW
and 24a Albermarle Street
Newtown NSW 2042
which is the best location??? do you know another BB better??? Thanks for your help!

I do not know either but Oxford Street will be really noisy .

Thread 19 below gives a good rap for www.bbsydneyharbour.com.au
and it's in a great location.

Have had loads of good reports on Sydney Harbour B&B over the years, and location is top.

I have stayed at the Bed and Breakfast Sydney Harbour Bridge and can highly recommend it. My sister stayed there first and recommended it to me and then I recommended it to a friend who has stayed there on each of her two trips to Sydney.
It's got a great location in the Rocks and we had no problem with noise. The hosts are genial and the accomodations are comfy.
I'm not familiar with the locations you listed, so I don't know how they compare to the B&B Sydney Harbour Bridge.
