Perfect timing! I plan to conduct my own ice cream research in NZ beginning next week. I've already mapped out the places to purchase Rush Monros - I wrote to the company and they sent me a detailed list, so I should be set.

My all time favorite was Valentino's Christmas Pudding flavor. I do like Deep South for the mass market producers.

That Kaffir Lime and Ginger flavor does sound interesting though. I have a kaffir lime tree, might have to try to make some at home.

The honey and ginger sounds good too. So much for the diet...
