Yangon hotel with view of Shwedagon Pagoda
Which hotels in Yangon offer view of Shwedagon Pagoda? Since Shwedagon Pagoda is lit up at night and it's huge, I'd imagine many hotels will have "rooms with a view"?
So far, my research came up with Summit Parkview Hotel and Hotel Esperado. Are there others?

We've stayed at the Summit Parkview.
You need an upper floor, road facing room, and you'll get great views especially after dark.
The entrance to Shwedagon is only a short walk from the hotel.
Nice hotel, lovely swimming pool.

I should've made it clear in the title that I'm looking for a room with view to Shwedagon, not just from the hotel premises.
What about Kandawgyi Palace, how is that area compare to Summit Parkview or Shangri-la? Hotel Esperado looks too far.

I stayed in a 'room with a view'. AND I was sick for 4 days and nights. I remember well getting up in the middle of the night and seeing the Shwedagon in bright lights. If one must be sick, it was an awesome place to be sick.
And the hotel I stayed in has not been mentioned ....but I don't remember the name. It was a huge picture window that faced the Shwedagon. And it had an attached store where I could go get cokes.
