Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone out there has positive or negative feedback on fourwheeldriveindia (also known as Rajasthan Four Wheel Drive - http://www.fourwheeldriveindia.com). Mr. Anil Sinha runs the company. I'm looking to hire a car and driver for agra,jaipur,udaipur.

They seem professional and offer a decent rate over email - just want to get some real experience.

I used them last May for a similar tour and they were really good and professional. They were more than willing to put together a package for what we wanted.
I recommend them.

just used castleandking in january for delhi, agra, and jaipur. very professional from airport pickup to drop off. had a car with driver and seperate guide the whole time. had absolutely no problems with them.

I asked them for a quote, and the price seemed ridiculously--4x more than what I eventually got through another recommendation.

This isn't based on an experience in India, but I can contribute this - my trip (coming up in Feb) was already planned when I got in touch with Anil at Rajasthan Four Wheel Drive because I want a backup resource in case things change for us.

I made it clear exactly what the situation was and he nonetheless has been amazingly prompt and useful in answering various questions of mine. As this hasn't been my experience with all travel-related email inquiries I thought it might be worth reporting as ir corroborates others' good reports.

We used them for a 22 day trip in November, and overall, were very pleased. Anil is a very helpful, concerned, warm and intelligent person. He provided lots of small amenities that many other companies may not- i.e. cell phones for you and your driver, hats, VERY competent driver, etc. Our driver was fairly young (27), and we had some issues with CD's and volume on the music. His English was sometimes lacking for basic understanding (whether to stop for lunch or where??,). Estimated driving times were sometimes off by 2 hours either way??, but may be with all companies. Hey, it's India. Our first and last trip. It's probably as good as it gets with Anil.

We were very satisfied with this company for our trip in Oct-Nov. excellent service, communications - provided a very easy comfortable trip. (Driver Anish)
