There have been many posts about what to do in Singapore. Do a search and you'll find lists for one day of activities and a week of activities.

Botanic gardens, zoo, night safari, bird park, Singapore flyer, Little India, Chinatown, food and shopping will keep you occupied for the weekend.

Whatever you do, make sure you eat dinner at Eng Seng. The Black Pepper Crab is one of the great tastes in the world. My wife loved it and she's not a crab fan. It's at the corner of Ju Chiat Place (not Road) and Still Road. You should get there between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. Once they sell all the crabs, they're done for the night.

Walking around Ju Chiat Road is fun and can be combined with dinner at Eng Seng.

i would second Gpandas suggestion. The crab is worth working your day around (as i am sure Gpanda will confirm) you will be licking your fingers for every morsel
