Websites For Airfares Within Asia

Hi, what are the standard websites for airfares within Asia? I'm not sure if Orbitz or Expedia is really good for Asia (I haven't really used them for these airfares).

I'm aware of Zuji.com, but I've tried resetting my location without much success. If I set it to Taipei, I can only book hotels. If I set it to Singapore, I have limited choices from the pulldown menus. I seem to be able to search for some airfares if I set the location to Hong Kong.

Help please? Thanks!

Thanks. I guess I've become accustomed to using Kayak, Orbitz and Expedia to compare airfares. Plus they are good for open-jaw airfares and some airlines don't offer this functionality. I was hoping for something similar for Asia, but I guess not.

I love Vayama.com for flights outside the US. And you pay with CC in US Dollars.

For China I've used FlyChina.com and USChinaTrip.com.

If you're interested in Business Class, I recommend AirBrokers.com

For domestic travel within China, including HKG, I recommend CTrip.com or ELong.com.

I don't have much experience with other Asian countries outside of China, sorry can't help you there. But I would say, that of the big online search engines, I've found Orbitz to be the cheapest consistently for Asia fares.

I second the vote on both Kayak and Vayama. Both give you lots of good route options and prices. Once you know exactly what you want you may want to book direct on that airline. You can book most of them online using their sites.

It also depends where you are going to, in Thailand may of us have used Seatours for flights ( Amex agent ) who come up with very good deals.
From Singapore www.airfares.com.sg is a very good place for cheap fares from Singapore, so it does depend so much on where exactly within Asia you are flying.
It can also depends where you are flying from because many airlines have 'air pass' deals where you can book multiple sectors, Cathay have one, also Malaysia Airlines.

If you can perhaps give an idea of the places you plan to visit and perhaps the routing I am sure many can give specific suggestions.

Thanks. I ended up using a local agent and booking my flights on the airlines websites. I'm in Singapore right now and I'm going to Kyoto on Sunday.
