WEATHER IN LANGKAWI IN JULY
 

HOW IS THE WEATHER IN LANGKAWI THE FIRST TWO WEEKS IN JULY? IS IT THE MONSOON SEASON AS IN PHUKET? WHEN IS THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR TO VISIT LANGKAWI?

Monsoon season in West Malaysia tends to occur in the early and late months. I suspect if you go to Langkawi in July, it would be perfect.

However, having said that, my friends went to Langkawi in December last year (very wet months indeed) and they didn't get a single drop of rain. Good luck!

I was in Lankawi the end of July and early August. Although it's known as monsoon season we had sunshine and very hot (30's) temperatures.
