oh, in that case that would be a worthwhile day.....the town itself is boring unless you have interest in WWII issues... the other things are an excellent day outside town...

No...can't make changes. We added on 3 days in Bangkok before our 2 weeks in Phuket to fit the travel dates using airline miles. We are spending 3 nights in Hong Kong after Phuket...working our way home...back to Texas and the burning wildfires! We have a lake house right in the middle of all the fires, but so far we're fine. It's tempting to try and change Hong Kong to Bangkok, but we want to get a glimpse of Hong Kong, too.

Everyone has had so many wonderful suggestions. Everyone is passionate about their favorites in both Bangkok and surrounding areas....and their do's and don'ts. I'm thinking that no matter what we end up doing, it's going to be fabulous. We've never been to this part of the world and it's going to be an adventure and a very memorable experience.

rhkkmk- We must have been typing at the same time! I feel better know after reading your post. You've helped me make our decisions...we're going to do the "out of town" excursion to TM, FM and TT! We'll start with with Tong or her team and see as much as we can see in Bangkok!

We can "rest" once we get to Phuket!
