Visas for Laos, VN, Cambodia for Thai national

I'm getting conflicting information from a travel agent in BKK about whether a thai passport holder needs visas for Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.

I've visited the websites and think one is required for Cambodia, but the others aren't too clear. I've sent emails but gotten no response.

Any thais out there know the answer to this question?

I'm not Thai but I work here with Thais.

Laos - definitely not.
Cambodia - definitely do.
Vietnam - I think no, but not sure.
