There are several on Kingsway - the one we used at the recommendation of a Vietnamese friend was Vietnam Travel center 604-639-5100. It was very smooth and the staff were super. Good Luck

Unbelievable.
I mailed my application thursday afternoon, overnight, with an overnight (USPS express mail) prepaid. They got it friday.
They shipped passports back monday, i got them tuesday.

I wish out government agencies were this effecient!!

Now i have to wait to get my cambodian E-visa until 1 month before departure, and i thik i have all the paperwork i need!

I just did mine through vietnamstay.com over email. very easy. just got the letter via email to bring to the airport with 2 photos and $25.
