Vietnam Travel Agents - Who Would You Recommend?

We would like to tour the whole country. If anyone has come across a good / reliable travel agent, we would love to have the contact info. Thanks and Happy New Year!

vietnamstay.com are very efficient and we've used them on our two visits in 2003. They can book air, rail, hotels. Just do a comparison on the relevant suppliers website and see if you're getting value.

Last year we used Buffalo Tours and Ann Tours while we were in Vietnam. Either would be fine, we dealt with Tony at Ann Tours and everything was great.

If you're interested in a choice of good small-group tours I can recommend an Australian operator, Travel Indochina (www.travelindochina.com). We found them professional, well organised and knowledgeable, and at all times we had a HCMC-based Australian tour leader plus excellent local guides and drivers. You should be able to join a tour that suits you in either Hanoi (travelling south) or HCMC (heading north), depending on available dates.

Another Oz operator I've heard mentioned favourably is Wendy Wu Tours (www.wendywutours.com.au), but Thailand isn't mentioned on their website.
