Vietnam in January

I am thinking of Vietnam for 12 days in January. Has anyone used a tour company that has put together an interesting/educational package? We can afford a high quality trip though not luxury.

I have been very happy with Tonkin Travel in Hanoi. Will be using them again next month.

We sued this guy and her very good. He speaks perfect English as he used to teach it in Saigon, his prices are very reasonable and he is very courteous and professional.
