Trying to contact VN using the contact information on their web site. Either they do not answer the phone in San Fran or the e-mails to Vietnam are not delivered. Does anyone know how to contact them fron the US?

I was able to contact them in SF I believe via one of those numbers during daytime (California time). What did you want to find out? I wanted to see where I can book a ticket because it seems that the only online option is Expedia with a $25 paper ticket fee. However, they told me they don't do booking over the phone and I have to go through a local travel agent. I still haven't found one in LA that handles intra-Asia flights.

If you want to flight from America, I found that flying with China airline is cheapest.

Most people book their VN Air flights through an agent in SE Asia. vietnamstay,com is an VN travel agency. If you are flying through Bangkok you can use Eddie at the AmEx agency.

I booked VN Air flights on expedia with no problems.

cruisinred, were your Expedia flights all paper tickets and required an extra $20-30 fee? that seems to be the only option for my Hanoi-Siem Reap flight, which is already $227 without the fee, one-way.
