The medical school travel medicine clinics have long been the gold standard for travel medicine in the US. Unfortunately my local medical school closed its clinic a number of years ago. It sounds like those of you who still have access to a travel medicine clinic located in a medical school are still getting great care. I'm glad to hear it!
