trouble with Air Asia
We have tried to book a flight with Air Asia from Hanoi to Bangkok. We filled in the form online and included credit card information but have gotten no response. Have tried to use the contact link but still no reply. Has anyone had a similar problem and were you able to resolve it?

I have booked with Air Asia online several times, and had no trouble at all. When the booking is completed you get a screen immediately with your booking info, as well as an e-mail.
I wonder if you did not complete the booking process? You could sign in and have a look at the check and change page to see if you have any itineraries, or check to see if your card has been charged...or both. If you have no itin and no charges were made, you can assume you have no booking. I have also telephoned them before, and had good service from their Singapore office. You might try that to check your booking status, too. |
i had trouble last year...i think what i finally did was to try just singing in on internet explorer, rather than through my msn account and it went through fine...try that...
also you can not book out too far...several months but not an unlimited amount of time.. |
Thanks for your responses. We did get our tickets. The fault was not Asia Air but the credit card company. They put a stop on the card even though we told them about the upcoming trip. Several calls later and several promises that the stop was removed we tried again and the charge went through. Asia Air did eventually respond that the credit card had been delayed. Now we can leave on December 1st without worries!!

hope you requested express boarding...that is the best thing they have....allows you early entry into the plane...very few people do it and it only costs a couple of dollars...
