Should we visit the Big or small wild goose pagoda
Should we visit the Xian Museum or the Provincial History Museum

If you can visit them all, do so!

I didn't make it to the Great Goose Pagoda while it was open (but enjoyed the grounds around it). I am very glad I saw the Small Goose Pagoda.

I'm not sure which museums you mean, but if you can visit only one, you might consider the Shaanxi History Museum.

BTW, the apostrophe in Xi'an is important.
