Trip to China
 

I want to book a 10-12 day tour to China and need some info on a few different tour companies. Can anybody give me any info on Gate1Travel or Ritz Tours? Thanks

Check out China Focus. You really cannot beat the price and they provide an excellent, all inclusive tour. I went with them in 1997 for their 12 day tour (9 days in China) and friends went the next year on the longer three gorges tour and we all were very impressed. took a 15-day China Focus tour last summer. Almost everything about it was great. They pack in a lot of sightseeing at a reasonable price.

We have booked a tour with Ritz Tours for October. Will return home Nov. 3rd.<BR>If you haven't made arrangements by then, we'll let you know how our experience was. We were going to book a trip with Pacific Delight but their employees kept answering questions on this forum and we couldn't tell the employees from actual travelers, so we decided on Ritz Tours.

Hey Brenda,<BR><BR>I hear you. I don't mind them answering specific questions without touting their employer, but they can't be objective if they are paid to post messages on bulletins like this.

We are looking at an 18-day trip with Laurus Travel out of Vancouver. I phoned the travel registrar of their province and Vancouver BBB. Didn't hear anything suspicious. However, it'll be nice to read comments by people who have literally gone on their tours.<BR><BR>Thanks
