Thks it's a setting on my camera. I have a Sony cybershot. I forget that it's there a lot of the time but use it when I think a moving picture might be better than a still shot.

Nice report and great pictures. Halong Bay looks so much nicer at that time of year - we were there in January and froze in the cold fog. I regretted the trip to the bay - a long drive there and back to shiver inside our junk. Luckily only for one night. Will have to make it back in the summer some time!
