we can help you with suggestions if we know your daily budget and interests..
english is easy in thailand
food is cheap and all types of food are available
hotels range from very cheap to quite expensive
i never want a hotel without a swimming pool cause its so hot and humid here
room must have a/c

i thnk about £1000 for 3 weeks. Is that enough?
Not too sure whether to do a tour or not.
I have looked into it and think I want to do a full moon party and go to the west coast as well.

Hi
£1000 for 3 weeks Is that enough? I think it depends on what do you pay for. (shopping/foods fancy restaurants or local street foods/hotel,transportation) Thailand can pay like low - high.
- check out this site for FMP schedules http://fullmoonparty-thailand.com/
Cheap way to go (Bus/Train) but I would advice check on airasia first http://www.airasia.com/th/en/home.page , or register to be a member ,they will send you the news and it's easy to know when it on promotion.
For wast coast, What is your interesting? The beach for relax only or activities, party or quiet places?
Thailand have many islands and all it kind of different thing to do.

I think i might do a tour, my friend told me about this one what do you think? http://www.trutravels.com/#!thetour/c1na3 they run a tour that finishes just before a full moon party so could be ideal.
After full moon I want to go to Phi Phi.
Is it easy to get to the west coast from the east?
