Travel from Kyoto to Hiroshima
 
Hello, My husband and I will be ending a Road Scholar trip to Japan in Kyoto, and would like to travel to Hiroshima and perhaps Nagasaki, afterwards. What's the best way to get from Kyoto to Hiroshima, then on to Nagasaki? Then back to Tokyo for our flight home? And how long does each trip take?

Kyoto to Hiroshima, 1 hr 36 min on shinkansen
Hiroshima to Nagasaki, 3 hr 6 min on shinkansen (mostly)
Nagasaki to Tokyo, 1 hr 45 min nonstop flight
