Travel company/driver for Armenia, Georgia & Azerbaijan
We are planning a 2-3 week trip to Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan. We usually travel as a couple with a local tour company and driver. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can we hire someone for all three countries or would we need to break it up by country?

Back in 2009 I used this company for Armenia: https://www.hyurservice.com/eng/
I did Georgia on my own. For my trip start here and use the links at the top of the page: https://mytimetotravel.wordpress.com...ttered-batumi/
I'm aware that that was ten years ago, but another Fodorite used the same Armenian company more recently. For her trip see: Armenia: A Wild Thyme

I used Hyur in Armenia and from Armenia to Georgia a few months ago and they were good. I used Gamajoba in Georgia which I would not recommend. Drivers from both Georgia and Armenia are able to go into each other’s countries but this is not true between Armenia and Azerbaijan. If you want to use the same service in all three, aim for a company and driver based in Georgia.

My recs:
Hayk Avagyan for Armenia -- https://www.lonelyplanet.com/thorntr...e-hayk-avagyan (Hayk is simply amazing, and that's not a knock on the other two by any means.)
Maria Romanova for Georgia -- https://www.lonelyplanet.com/thorntr...ti-trip-report
Kanan for Azerbaijan -- https://www.lonelyplanet.com/thorntr...eat-driver-rec
The first two are guides/drivers, and the 3rd is a driver who speaks very good English. If you like booking your guides/drivers directly rather than through middlemen / tour companies, get in touch with them. It's way cheaper to book directly with a driver/guide, plus you know exactly who you're getting and aren't at the mercy of the agency.
As previously mentioned, you can use the same driver in Armenia and Georgia. But I'd think it would be more interesting and give you more diversity/perspective to have a different driver in the two countries.
