In Kerala take a look at www.cghearth.com - some of the most stunning hotel properties in India. Also take a look at www.neemranahotels.com esp at their Pondicherry property. Chennai also has a hotel i really like, Fishermans Cove, Taj group, lovely stretch of beach, amazing seafood. You are already late for Jan so need to start moving quite fast. How many days do you plan to travel for?
