Tokyo: stay at Shibuya/Meguro or Sumida?

We're considering staying at one of the following areas (since they're the only 2 areas offered at Priceline Asia):

(1) Shibuya-ku & Meguro-ku (4 and 5 stars)
(2) Sumida-ku (3 and 4 stars)

We'll be staying 4 nights and will therefore have 3 full days there, visiting the major sites. Which area will be better for us?

Bonjour Eric,

Shibuya is trendy, located like Meguro in the modern center of Tokyo. Sumida is more traditional and a bit "out of the way", although well connected to the rest. Depending on where in Sumida (if it is just opposite to Asakusa on the other side of the river, or close to the Kokugikan sumo stadium), the location may even be better than in the center.
