TIPS FOR TRAVELLING THE PHILIPPINES

Jump to last reply

I am planning a trip with my partner for next year and have decided to try and cover some of Southeast Asia, we are planning to do this in mid Jan- Mid Feb next year. I was wondering if anyone can provide some tips around getting around in the Philipinnes and the best things to see and do while there. We are looking for the best beaches, deserted islands, natural wonders and animal interactions in their natural habitats, below is a list of some of the things we would like to cover in The Phillipines and wonder if people can suggest anything else to do and best route and ways to travel to these places.

-Visit Boracay Beach
-The Visayas (deserted island)
- Snorkel with Whale Sharks
-Meet a Shaman at Siquijor
-Experience a festival in Cebu
-Stay in a beach hut
-visit the rice terraces, 'stairway to heaven'
