Thailand to Borneo: Recs, Please

Jump to last reply

When I really need something and can't find it, Fodorites always come to my rescue. I read on this forum about a husband/wife team who took tourists on a 10-hour, vehicle (holds 6, maybe) tour through the rainforest. I remember that the report talked about the 'dicey' roads that were sometimes blocked and that the driver would get out and clear the roads before continuing. I 'think' the name of their company began with "Kuching." Can anyone help me find them ~~ or at least, the previous thread?

Also, what other experiences has anyone had that you would recommend? We will be there 4 days and will definitely include anything nature-related. Health ~~ and age ~~ eliminate trekking, climbing, diving, etc. You get the picture. Then it is back to BKK. I am looking forward to all advice and recommendations.

Two months, and counting!!!!!!!

Thanks. Sandra (McBeanie)
