Does anyone know of any cheap flights to Bali out of Bangkok,or any where else in Thailand...best beach in bali????

steve---bali does not have the best beaches in the area, but they are ok...i stayed in the south and they were fair there...most people say that the beaches in the far north of the island are the best...

i took thai air r.t. for about $350...i got this through sea tours in [email protected] was a 50% savings over what i could get in the usa...

i think you might get something from air asia travelling through K/L and then on to bali...

It'll take an hour from Kuta to Ubud. Kuta is crowded, full of drunk, partying adolescents. The beach has more hawkers and touts than any other area of Bali.

i would say less than an hour....but you would have to climb over kathie's drunken friends before you could leave kuta, so you might have to add on some time...
