most of the latin places closed down. since the ricky martin latin is basicaly dead. except in china where latin music is still bangin.

CM2 in the loby of novatell has a live band who's singer is latin and he sometimes sings some cansiones.. I quicly met the drumer and he's from barcelona..

Spasso in the grand hyatt same type off venue but it more expensive. and dosn't have the hip hop room..

"la rueda" is smallish salsa club, but they definatly play the real stuff. pluss they have leasons upstairs.. I went 2 years ago but unfortuably I went too early 10 PM so it was dead. and last year. I didn't go since I thought it closed down. I couldnt find any info on the place anywhere.. I could of walked over. but the involved effort.
