Thailand ?

I am planning on going to Thailand alone the
end of Feb for around 10 day. Do you think
it better to take a tour? I would like to
spend a few day in Bkk , visit Changmi for
a bit then check out the beach.

have you been too thailand before."

it seems like a last minut thing. if your not the backpacker/ independent traveling type. then the tour is the way too go espcialy with such a short time left.

if your going as an independent travaler then hurry up and book some hotels. and transportaton..

if your backpacking. WHO CARES. guesthouses are plentyfull and it will be firly easy too get around in "THE backpackers cirle". each of the cities you mentioned are major backpacker. destination.

As Orgy7 says, if you want to 'wing-it' it's easy but if you are looking for a firmed up arrangement and haven't been before then ',aybe' a tour, dfepends on you realyy, if you have been before or where you have been. Tell us a olittle more abour price range and whether you are into sorting it yourselves or whatever.

There is no need for a tour in Thailand, but do your research about where you want to go and what you want to do. You can easily book hotels over the internet.
