Thai Hill Tribe Camp

During my hours!! of research, I have read a comical trip report about staying in a wooden cabin for 700 baht in northern thailand.

I remember the comments about spiders in the shower, finding a blonde hair, blood stained sheets, sleeping in their clothes and much more.

I can't find the report! Can anyone help please? Perhaps provide the screen name so I can pick the thread back up?

Many thanks - vhs.

althom1122 is Karen's screen name if it is her report you are referring to.

I remember this report also - just not clear about the poster. I think it was eurotraveler. You can go to her website, listed in some of her postings, and see some pictures of the hill tribe visit.

If you locate it, please post it hear so I can also review it. thanks

I've found it!

I entered Golden Triangle into the search bar and the post is titled 'Just got back', last updated 10/30/2006, so quite old. The posters name is DavRav.

Happy reading.

Does anyone know how I can arrange a hill tribe stay please? Do I do this with a local agent in Chiang Rai and if so should I wait until I get there or arrange in advance?
