Some where in Indonesia (or Malaysia?).Where could it be ?The language on the signage could give a clue.

Thailand actually, probably Chatuchak. Bangkok has been invaded by Malaysian teh tarik vendors lately.

Agree it's Thailand. The sign in the background is in Thai and they are speaking Thai. This type of tea is call "Yok Lor" or loosely translated "wheelies" and originated from the South of Thailand.

That was the Chatuchak Market. I bought from him because I was impresssed with the performance. He was actually standing on a piece of cardboard, maybe something was underneath the cardboard but he was good. The tea was on the expensive side and too sweet for my taste.
