Taj Mahal Open at Night to Celebrate its 350th Birthday

Saw in the travel section today that the Taj may be open to tourists at night for the first time in 20 years beginning September 27. The plan calls for the site to be open 5 nights each month surrounding the full moon through March 2005.

Hi, Cosmo!

Assuming that the phases of the Moon at Agra are basically the same as the phases anywhere else in the northern hemisphere, you should be able to get your information from http://www.life-cycles-destiny.com/dw/20012010.htm.

This would make the full moon dates Sep 28, Oct 28, Nov 26, and Dec 26. (this would certainly tally with the opening of the Taj Mahal on September 27).
