Sydney to SE Asia. What do i need to know?.

For my 19th birthday I was given a return ticket to Bangkok on the 9th of next month for 25 days. I have a budget of about 8000 AUD for those 25 days which i need to cover spending money, accommodation and domestic flights. Iv planned 3 days in Bangkok then Flying to Koh Samui for 7 days to train Muay Thai.

I need help planning the rest of my trip from here. What would you do if you had my time and my budget, Id like to fly over to Siem Reap for at least 5 days and check out Angkor Wat.

My interests are History and partying.

History and partying! Great interests lol Head down to Patong in Phuket for some partying. Head down to the "Aussie Bar" and hang with all the ex pat locals and tourists.

Great budget. Enjoy!

Thanks just got back from Phuket and Ao Nang in February so was hoping to skip it, as the whether isn't meant to be to good this time of year.

Angkor is truly one of the wonders of the world. I do hope you get there.

it is very expensive to fly to siem reap but it is the best way to go---Bangkok airways... 5 days is ideal..

samui is expensive to fly to also... look at bkk air's combo pkgs...

if the thai girls seem to be too good to be true---they are....
