Suggestions for another SE Asian beach destination
 

Hi guys,

I've been here in Thailand for a month now and got to explore the beaches in Krabi, Phuket, and Phi Phi islands. I will be going to Koh Samui this coming weekend. I found out that I have an extra week to explore at the end of May before I head back to the US.

Can you guys suggest another SEA country that I can visit (preferably a beach/tropical destination since I'm templed-out by Bangkok) before I head back?

West coast Malaysia, maybe the Perhentian islands. Bali all have decent beach weather in May.

While I love Georgetown, it isn'r really a beach destination. Langkawi is the closest beach destination. But Langkawi, like Phuket, is moving into the rainy season.

Bali is a fine idea, as in Lombok (for less crowded beaches).

Wow! All those are great options! I'm leaning towards Bali or Langkawi as those have the shortest flight duration from Bangkok.
