Sponsoring Children in Cambodia

Hi,

I have just returned from Cambodia and loved it. I remember seeing on this board last year a organisation that organises sponsorship to send children to school there. Does anyone have that website for me?

Regards
Reet

I recently became involved in a NGO to help children in Laos and Cambodia. You can check it out at www.villagefocus.org. Over 90% of the money raised goes directly to the source. The fund drilling of wells in villages, building of schools and birthing houses and other things villages might need.

It is truly a class act as far as grass roots fundraising goes.

I was fortunate to visit a school in Siem Reap when I was there last November.

It gave me an opportunity to see the work of The PLF in person and I was very impressed.

I felt that my tax deductible donation via the PLF was very well spent and would not hesitate to recommend the PLF to others who are intersted in helping out the Cambodian school children.

Visit www.theplf.org for more information.
