Hello Pascale !<BR>I'm just back from South India as well - a fantastic two-week trip by car and chauffeur. He took charge of everything, selected the hotels, the places to eat, etc... We had a great time visiting such extraordinary places as Mamallpuram, Chibandaram or spice plantations. Pascale, Yes I am going to Mumbia on business and then have 3 days for fun and would like to go to Goa find a nice hotel that I can bring my wife back to. How should I travel there from Mumbia Plan or Train and were do you suggest I stay, I would like it on the beach.

bombay to goa via plane -
stay at Marquiss beach resort - it's a quaint charming resort on the ocean - amazing little restaurant facing the ocean - hammocks - yoga/massage sessions on the lawn area overlooking the ocean. Ocean is just a walk down from the lawn area...

OR you can stay at the Mariott if you can afford to shell out some $$ - it's on the beach - the swimming pools opens out to the ocean. fantastic.
