Sorong Ferry to Flight
 

I'm working with a local individual to finalize my Raja Ampat itinerary. The last leg is the ferry from Misool to Sorong on a Thursday next month which is scheduled to arrive in Sorong around... ???... 12 noon? 1 PM?

There is a 2:55 PM (14:55) Garuda flight out of Sorong (SOQ) to Makassar (connecting to Denpasar) that day. The travel arranger says we should be able to make the transfer from the ferry in time to check in for the flight. If needed, we can check-in online. Though that raises questions:
1) What if we're checking bags?
2) What time does the ferry actually arrive in Sorong port? I can't get a clear answer on this. Will there be enough time to trudge across town to the airport?
3) What time does Garuda check-in actually close? On their website they recommend an hour for domestic. This is not the biggest issue though... the greater worry is that the ferry waddle in 2 hours late.

The safest thing to do is to spend another night in Sorong and fly the next day... but we really want to avoid that if we can so we can arrive in Bali that same night.

Any ideas?
