No Fly Zone...How was the Fullerton? I saw the plca the last time I was in Singapore...Aug 2004...and have been curious about how it would be to stay there. Personally I'm a YMCA Hotel person when in Singapore since it's so cheap and nice and greatly located at Dhoby Gaut MRT station. But, I might just make an exception and splurge for a couple of nights at the Fullerton. Happy Travels!

NoFlyZone: Where did you go on your day trip to Malaysia? Did you book a tour or go on your own on the bus? I've been to KL and northern Malaysia, but not the south. We are in S'pore for 6 days and are looking for 1 or 2 days out of the city, maybe Malaysia or Indonesia. Or just to Sentosa for the day.

As regards the OP, I will have a ready answer for you in May. Personally, I have chosen to stay for three days; will arrive Monday morning, take a shower at Changi, drop my caboodle at the hotel, and hit it off. Will proceed to Cambodia Thursday morning.

I have already booked myself at the Traders through asia-hotels.com
They've got good rates.
