My mother wants to go to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. What budget tips, visa matters, or the most strategic time to visit those countries can you provide me so that I could relay it to my mother? Thank you so much for those who would help.

Weather wise, best time to visit HK is Nov. Singapore more or less the same year round. Malaysia depends on where.

Budget and Hong Kong or Singapore don't belong in the same sentence! Don't expect rock bottom prices like in other S E Asian countries. Malaysia is a cheaper destination that the other two places.
