Singapore hotel

Hi,

I'm having a 2-day stop over in Singapore in May and would like to know if anyone could help me finding a nice hotel.
I'm flying with Singapore Air and they have $260 for two nights at Ritz-Carlton. and $160 for two nights at Hilton, Marina Mandarin and Swissotel The Stamford. The rates include hotel transfers from the airport. Should I use one of these or book it by myself?

Thank you in advance!

Try using Expedia.com. I recently stay at the Ritz in Singapore and I got a room for US$ 145++(from Expedia).

I'm from Singapore. If you can, stay at the Ritz. They have the sexiest bathrooms! Swissotel has just been renovated so it's nice too and there's a subway just below. Forget the other two-they're old.

have a look at QuickHotelRooms.com. i just booked a room at the Holiday Inn Parkview next week for $80 US. not quite as grand as the Ritz Carlton, but it's a pretty good deal.

How much is a round trip hotel transfer to the airport (either taxi or car service) because I need to offset that amount against the saving I'd get booking a hotel thru Expedia, compared to Singapore Air. Thanks in advance!
