Silk Scarves - Cambodia, Laos, or Thailand?

On my next trip to Southeast Asia, I plan to purchase some silk scarves. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on the best place (Cambodia, Laos, or Thailand) to buy them? I will be visiting all three destinations and I am looking for selection and good value...i.e. low prices. I recall Cambodia being a little cheaper than Thailand, but that may be because I was only in Bangkok, which may have higher prices. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Regards.

I have only been in Thailand, but I bought some very nice scarves (lots of variety) in Chiang Mai.

I can't speak to quality, but I bought a couple of scarves for my wife from a little girl outside one of the Angkor temples (ie not a fancy boutique) because I liked the way they looked. They didn't cost more than a couple of dollars each. Every time my wife wears one of them (which is often) she gets complimented and questioned about where she got them.

Hi-
Just to give you an idea, when I was in Thailand last month, in Bangkok in the Night market I purchased 10 raw silk scarves for 80 baht a piece (about $2 each). Saw them everywhere visibly priced for 90-130 baht and I probably could have bargained for less but I was too tired.
They are narrow and long about 12' x 60". They also sell the wide ones for probably about $1 more. They come in a huge variety of colors, both solid and some that fade from one color to another. I saw these same scarves in the BKK airport for up to $25. Your best bet would probably be the Night Market or the Weekend market.

Four years ago I was in Cambodia and bought about 10 of these scarves, but the wide version in the market in Siem Reap. I can't remember the price, but I think they were about the same as those I just bought in Thailand.

I really like these scarves and wear them all the time. Of course I meant to give them all away as gifts, but would up keeping most of them for myself. :-)
