Shoulders partially covered

While in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, ladies I need some advice. Through out the day, going in and out of temples, I will have my shoulders completely covered wearing light shirts. But at night to have dinner would it not be apropriate to wear a nice top that has the shoulders partially covered (no sleeves)????

A sleeveless top at night would be fine... BUT consider the air conditioning. You may want a light wrap.

kathie is right about the a/c...some restaurants think the temp should be minus 100 for guests to be comfortable...they seldom seem able to change the temp either...

Thank you so much for the reply, I actually have a light wrap that would work well. I never thought about that.

Or, buy several wraps, made of silk, of course, when you get to TL. One thing we learned about visiting TL: bring at least 2 empty suitcases.
