Shanghai hotel - Huang Pu district/Central Downtown Shanghai
 

I'm looking for recommendations to 3-star hotels with rates below US$50 in late Feb/early March. Has anyone stayed at the Metropole, Pacific, Sofitel Hyland (more money at US$75). Need easy access to Nanjing Rd Pedestrian Mall and Huai Hai Rd for shopping. Any shopping tips? Thanks.
