Recommendations for Central Shanghai hotel at reasonable price please ($50 $200 USD)

Your $ range is very wide, in central Shanghai, $50 gets you a 2* place with limited amenities. For $200, you can stay at nice 4* hotels. Do a search on this board, I'll top a thread for you.

Check out Broadway Mansions .Overlooks The Bund .Stayed there and whilst not exceptional it was fine.We had a suite with great views of the river and Pudong .Rates start at US$94 a night according to asiarooms .com . I used them recently for a Bali booking and they were good .

Thanks for the suggestions I've narrowed this down to Astor hotel or the Broadway mansions.
