I cannot find a fare cheaper than 700 from Seoul to Bangkok. Please help! I know one exist, I just need to know where to look.

700 USD round trip

I think that is about what I am paying for my trip on Korean Air. I didn't have any luck finding anything cheapler either.

I would recommend checking expedia as they usually compare the different airlines. You might also find a list of useful airlines on http://www.seoulkoreaasia.com/flights.htm
If you are in Seoul, then just pop into one of the travel agencies. The best fares always come up closer to the time because the tour companies buy in bulk and the spare tickets become available at the end.
