Seoul Day Trip

We'll be traveling to BKK in late October (yes, we're chronic planners) and will have about 12 hours in Seoul. We should arrive about 4:30 AM and will depart about 4:00 PM.

Assuming an hour to get through customs & immigration and check-in two hours prior to arrival, we'll still have about 6 or 7 hours available (5:30 Am to 12:00 noon). I presume our checked luggage will still be checked and we'll just have a carry-on to deal with. I also assume we'll be tired but functional.

Has anyone out there ever hired a car & driver for a quicky tour? Maybe a breakfast in town, a few drive-bys of the sights & a stop or two at a few popular markets? Possible, prudent, doable? Who to contact and what would the cost be?
