I don't know that operator, but we always use Designer Holidays and have been beyond satisfied: http://www.designerholidays.net/

I checked trip advisor and their reviews are pretty good. They do, it seems require prepayment with a CC but I would not worry as you can always claim fraud if something goes wrong. If you are concerned about that be aware that at least some CC have a time limit as to when you can dispute a charge. Again however the reviews are good.
