Two Questions:
1) Does anyone know the website for SGN airport? I've searched and searched on so many search engines, but can't find an airport website!!!

2) Can I rent a cell phone at the airport for my vacation in Vietnam?

You can buy a second hand cell phone for next to nothing in HCMC.

Aside from Changi, most airports in SE Asia don't have useful web sites.

The answer to question 2 is, I think, no. Bring your own phone. Chances are it will work.
