Safest beach area for solo female in Sri Lanka
 

Hi
I am looking to relax at a beach area for 3 nights in Sri Lanka after my companion has to return home after our 7 day cultural tour but I have read some very concerning reviews about sexual harassment for females in Mirissa, Bentota and Unawatuna areas this included the accommodation they stayed in...so I would like to be close to the city and beach so I don't feel stranded? Any recommendations?
