Carol I think that is an unintentional mistake calling the ceremony as cancelled. IMO it has been postpone thus the event will be held either towards the end of this year or early next year. If it is cancelled then no barge procession until next October and nobody has suggested this idea officially, through the news media or amongst my friends.
