is it easy to get a free upgrade? do you just ask for one when you arrive? sorry if this sounds silly but I've new to all this!!

I don't know!!!!!! I'm new to this- I thought I'd explained that! Some people appear just to get one without asking.

Where are you going to? What kind of hotels? Are you showing up with or without reservations?<BR>We need some details here....
